Open Question: Can anyone tell me when the Marine Corps JAG graduation in Quantico, VA is?

My cousin is graduating from the JAG program soon in Quantico, and my dad and I were thinking of making a trip up there to surprise him. Does anyone know when the graduation ceremony is, and is it open to the public or will we need to receive some form of invitation or ticket from my aunt? Thanks!
